Five stars all the way! Sheri made it so easy to come up with the fun balloon arrangement and have it delivered along with a kazoo accompanied Happy birthday song at the door! So much fun and a great surprise for my brother-in-law's 80th birthday! It went seamlessly. Sheri is just infectious with her enthusiasm for giving people Joy through what they do so well at Once Upon a Balloon. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them. As a bonus, they are also very reasonably priced. :)

This company really delivers magical moments!! Their balloon bouquets are artistic, colorful, and especially created for the recipient. Their one-on-one customer service cannot be beat. I cannot say enough about how positive our experience has been. I have used them for years now, and they never disappoint. They rise to any occasion, regardless of the obstacles. Bravo!

It was a delight to work with Once Upon a Balloon for our balloon arch for a church event. The level of communication prior to the event was just right. The deliver was seemless. The final product exceeded our expectations ten fold. The owners went above and beyond to make this arch a beautiful center piece for our event! I will be doing business with them again.
